Studio Operation - Covid Secure Guidelines
We have taken the following measures to ensure the Film and Photographic Studios operates within the Governmental guidelines and that we are COVID-Secure.
1. The premises have been fitted with signage to ensure people are aware of the 2m distance, thus the capacity for a social distancing shoot when social distancing rules must be followed would be 20 people (10 in each room of the premises) in the Rustic Kitchen Studio and 10 people in the Modern Kitchen Studio.
2. As per government and A.P.A. COVID-19 shooting guidelines we have placed hand sanitising stations in the premises to ensure people can access them and maintain a safe level of hygiene.
3. The Rustic Kitchen Studio has 4 entrances (2x from the carpark, 2x from the corridor) and Modern Kitchen Studio has 1 entrance and 2 large windows which we advise to keep open to maintain a level of ventilation in the space. If sound recording is required on the premises, doors / windows can be closed for the duration of the sound recording, but highly advise people to maintain a level of social distancing and doors / windows to be open at regular intervals for ventilation purposes.
4. We have lighting equipment available for hire. The equipment is being disinfected at the end of every shoot.
5. We will be taking the responsibility for cleaning and disinfecting the premises after every shoot, this will include door handles, cupboard handles, fridge, oven, floor, surfaces and equipment.
6. We take part in Test and Trace and we ask our clients to help us and NHS to mitigate the spread of the virus by:
making sure they have a COVID Officer on the shoot
where possible, test everyone for COVID prior to the start of the shoot
wearing a mask at all times while indoors unless they have good reasons not to do so (ie: talent on camera being filmed / photographed- but only while the cameras are rolling / shooting).
keeping a list of people attending the shoot at our studio for Test and Trance purposes for a period of 21 days or make sure they Scan the NHS QR Code in line with the Government guidelines
